Terms and Conditions
All treatment prices, information and promotions displayed at current source are accurate at the time of posting and can be revised without any notice.
Courses of treatments are valid for 12 months and are non transferable to any other person.

Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late or too early may have an impact on your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.
Please try to arrive exactly on time for your treatment as your early arrival may interfere with the treatment scheduled prior to yours.

Cancellation policy
Please be aware 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations.
50% booking fee is required for treatments over £30. In case of late cancellation of no show booking fee is not refundable.

Return\ Refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 7 calendar days to notify/return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item doesn’t need to have the receipt as all your purchases will be kept securely in your personal profile.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment).

All the information you share with us including personal data, medical or treatment history is strictly confidential and won’t be shared with any third parties.
